Here’s the thing: I believe in this with my big, almond-milk loving, baby cow adoring heart. Finding my way to veganism as I have adopted it in the last few years has (and these are some big words) literally changed my life. Dare I say, it saved my life. It taught me:

  • Peacefulness and connection to the environment, animals, and other human beings (even the difficult ones).
  • To try significantly more foods and ingredients than I EVER tried before going vegan.
  • Whole, plant foods are cheap – Dried beans are accessible on any budget, but it’s no good to buy them if you haven’t learned to cook them! Healthy eating does not have to be expensive.
  • By making compassionate choices, every day you make decisions that carry out your values of kindness.

I’ve lost over 60 pounds, cleared up acne, gained the energy to exercise regularly, and have kept anxiety under control — How can you get healthier?

This is the easiest time to be vegan in the history of the world, thanks to so many amazing products and recipe sharing capabilities. Trust me when I tell you, practically any food you can think of can be made vegan. Can I show you?

I became a Certified Vegan Lifestyle Coach in November 2012 through Victoria Moran’s Main Street Vegan Academy in NYC. This intensive course was lead by 2012’s “Vegan of the Year” and classes were taught by prominent vegan authors, chefs, entrepreneurs, and professional advocates.

Coaching sessions last an hour, and can cover topics from health + wellness to where to find the best vegan lipstick. This is your time, so tell me what you want to learn!

But don’t think our lessons will stick to a comfy chair: if you’re in the Lehigh Valley area, we can explore your local grocery store and you’ll learn to cook in your home with your equipment. And if you don’t live in the Lehigh Valley, I’m available for phone sessions or online video-chats.

Sessions are $75 each, or $200 for three!

Minimum of three sessions over a month recommended for the biggest impact. I will work with your schedule!

    • MSVA, quite literally, changed my life. If you are able to do it, DO IT. Coaching has been awesome and it’s lead to opportunities outside traditional coaching as well. Happy to talk to you more in depth if you’d like!
